Made some chili tonight for the “first cold spell.” Have to say, it is the best chili I can remember!! Oh, did I mention I used wagyu from Mahan Wagyu??? Never thought it would make a difference, but it truly did!! Paired it with a nice Pinot Noir from Sonoma. What a nice, relaxing evening by the fire!! Thank you, Mahan Wagyu, Inc!!!!
